The Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Firm Performance explained in new resource added to PMWL

17 May 2017 – Milan, Italy – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to Strategic Management. The new resource is titled “Dynamic Capabilities and Firm Performance”, published on the American Journal of Applied Sciences, a paper authored by Professors Kuo-Wei Lin and Kai-Ping Huang.

This study has to be considered as an extension to previous researches made on dynamic capabilities and their necessity in organizational firms for goals’ accomplishments. According to the authors, based on a literature review, dynamic capabilities facilitate a company in its performances, its innovativeness in terms of products, as well as prepares a firm to survive in the ever-changing business environment.

Furthermore, dynamic capabilities have also been found to be an important part in advanced uses of technology, so that firms can better focus on the changing needs of both the organizations as well as its customers. It may be drawn as a conclusion that dynamic capabilities have a major role to play in organizational management where leaders and managers are facilitated in their decision making towards organizational success.
