No shortcuts from Projects to Benefits

Driver and Seath describe the PRUB approach to ensuring that real benefits result from projects and programmes

22 January 2015 – Dallas, London, Sydney – Phil Driver in New Zealand and Ian Seath in UK have co-authored a new article titled “There are no shortcuts from Projects to Benefits”, appearing as an Advances in Project Management series article in the January PM World Journal. That article is now included in the PM World Library. According to the authors: “Organisations run Projects that produce Results, which citizens or communities Use to create Benefits. PRUB is the one and only inescapable model of what organisations actually DO. So, it is ideally suited as a framework and way of thinking to help develop strategies, validate them and implement them in projects and programmes.”
