12 October 2016 - Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management services. The resource is titled “TULS Corp”.
TULS Corp provides project management on behalf of the employer of the entire process necessary for the procurement of the design and the construction of a project, from briefing through to commissioning and occupation, taking into account the Employer's requirements in respect of aesthetics, quality, cost, time, etc.
Overall Project Management Services include:
- Negotiating - Negotiating and agreeing conditions of engagement with consultants.
- Debrief- Receiving a final brief from and analysing the Employer's need in detail.
- Approvals- Ensuring that statutory consents are obtained.
- Budget- Prepare Budget based on the project cost estimate prepared using approved Scheme and Design
- Bid Management- Arranging lists of tenderers, the tender opening and credit checks, co-ordinating reports on tenders and making recommendations to the Employer.
- Planning and Scheduling- Prepare manpower, equipment and other resources plan based on project requirement. Preparing Schedule of the project using latest software tools.
- Project Monitoring- Monitoring progress of the project as compared to the schedule and identify gaps and thereby strategic recommendations to overcome the gaps
