Access to new resource related to team leadership added to PMWL

20 January 2019 – Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to teamwork and team leadership. The new resource is titled “9 Tips for Managing Creative Teams”, by Bruce Gay and published in PM Times in 2018.
The resource focuses on nine (9) ways or tips (based on the writer’s experience as a manager) a manager could use to effectively manage his/her team, some of which are:
- Encouraging the team to share learning across disciplines,
- Tolerating risk-taking,
- Promoting open communication,
- Training team on creative problem-solving techniques,
- Challenging team on development of new approaches to work, etc.
