Graduate student at University of Sussex joins PM World Library internship program
19 February 2025 – Dallas, TX, USA and Brighton, UK – PM World has announced the appointment of Mr. Aakash S. Manjardekar as a project management research intern for the PM World Library. Aakash is a master’s level student at the University of Sussex, where he is pursuing a Master’s in Project Management (2024-2025). He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a Finance specialization from Mumbai University, India (2014-2017).
Aakash has over five years of professional experience in finance and accounting, primarily in the offshoring and outsourcing sector. His expertise lies in accounts payable, financial reconciliation, process automation, and stakeholder management. He previously worked as a Senior Accounting Associate at Mettler Toledo International Inc. (Global Business Service India) and as a Transaction Processing Associate at Accenture Solutions Private Limited. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in financial process optimization, vendor management, and team leadership.
He holds a Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification and is skilled in SAP FI, Microsoft Office, and financial analytics tools. His current studies focus on applying project management principles to financial operations, process improvements, and digital transformation in finance. Major Field of Study: MSc Project Management, Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a Finance specialization.
