The resource consists of a public guide for “all counsel retained by AIG Property Casualty Claims or by any AIG Property Casualty-approved Third Party Administrator”, effective from April 2013, and is used by the company to create effective budgets, manage the relationship with AIG and communicate on the status of proceedings, both of ADR type and litigation ones. The document provides as example for businesses and lawyers that need to manage their relationship with their counsel and clients respectively.
