In new paper, American construction industry executive Bob Prieto delves into uncertainty and resilience
14 January 2015 – Dallas, London, Sydney – Bob Prieto, senior vice president at Fluor corporation in the United States, has authored a serious new paper titled “Challenges of Dealing with Uncertainty.” According to Bob’s introduction: “this paper will take a look at uncertainty as it relates to the economics of investments in community resilience. I have chosen to focus my consideration of how one deals with uncertainty in this area since it presents several characteristics which I find to be of value when considering the subject of uncertainty in dealing with a broader array of programs and projects.”
