New resource added to the Other Libraries section of the PMWL

30 April 2019 – Dallas, TX and Washington, DC, USA – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to other libraries.  The resource is titled “CIA Library” and is the section of the CIA’s website where unclassified documents and resources can be found.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) releases millions of pages of documents each year and frequently releases items of public interest on this website. The Library contains a wealth of information, from unclassified current publications to basic references, reports and maps.

The CIA is an independent U.S. government agency responsible for providing national security intelligence to senior US policymakers. The Director of the CIA is nominated by the president with the advice and consent of the Senate. The Director manages the CIA’s operations, personnel, and budget. CIA’s primary mission is to collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence to assist the President and senior US government policymakers in making decisions relating to national security.
