29 June 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Intuition in Project Management. The new resource is titled “Controlling Improvisation within Change Management”, a paper by Stephen Leybourne and published in 2006 by The Service Industries Journal.

In this study, readers can learn the meaning of complexity and improvisation in terms of project management within organizations. The author argued that using improvisation in the context of project management within organizations is an inevitable tool for project managers in the modern management world. Therefore, the author identified how to overcome complexities by using improvisation in the project management. Furthermore, the author claimed that using improvisation can be the most suitable tool for dynamic business world according to the research result.
