Access to new resource related to agile project management and complexity added to PMWL

28 April, 2018 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to both agile and complexity in project management. The new resource is titled “Does agile project management help coping with project complexity?” published in Social and Behavioral Sciences journal by Afshin Jalali Sohi, Marcel Hertogh, Marian Bosch-Rekveldt, Rianne Blom.
Project complexity has been often quipped as one of the common reasons for poor performance. Especially in the construction sector where projects are always delivered with time delays and cost overruns. In this paper, the authors have tried to study and understand if the usage of lean and agile project management help cope with this complexity issues.
