27 March, 2018 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Agile project management. The new resource is titled “Embracing Agile”, a 2016 article published in Harvard Business Review by Darrell K. Rigby, Jeff Sutherland and Hirotaka Takeuchi.

The resource’s main focus is on understanding the overall concept of Agile Management. This has been done through first understanding how agile works, then moving on to explaining where agile works and does not work too. There are some telltale signs in a project where agile can be implemented, which has also been briefly reviewed. Overall, this article goes in deep with explaining Agile and about its functioning with some brilliant examples.

To access this new resource, go to the Applications and Hot Topics section of the library at https://pmworldlibrary.net/applications-and-topics/, click on “Agile Project Management”, scroll down to articles. Must be a registered trial, professional or scholar member and logged-in to access.
