Fusing the Project World

Two day project management conference at site of largest science project in Europe

19 January 2015 – London, UK – EVA in the UK has announced a two-day conference at the ITER HQ, CEA Cadarache, Saint-Paul-lez-Durance, France during 3-4 September 2015. ITER, the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, is an international nuclear fusion research and engineering megaproject, which is currently building the world’s largest experimental tokamak nuclear fusion reactor adjacent to the Cadarache facility in the south of France.  The ITER project aims to make the long-awaited transition from experimental studies of plasma physics to full-scale electricity-producing fusion power plants. (start 2006: 30 years, $20+billion). The Fusing the Project World conference will provide a truly global perspective of what can be achieved when the world’s greatest minds work together in order to achieve a razor-sharp shared goal.
