02 June 2016 – Milan, Italy – A new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to Risk Management. The new resource is titled “Game Theory as a Tool of Project Management”, from authors Kateřina Hrazdilová Bočková, Gabriela Sláviková, and Juraj Gabrhel (20th International Scientific Conference "Economics and Management 2015, ICEM-2015).

In this article, game theory is proposed as a creative method to manage communication risks at educational projects with different types and scale, specifically in the context of post-crisis Czech Republic. After a preliminary review of the relevant literature, the authors build a case from KEGA project No. 003/DTI-4/2014 by analyzing structured interviews and questionnaires, combined with project managers’ features and competencies. The results confirm Bilton and Cummings’ hypothesis and answer the original research question about game theory being a useful tool in project risks communication.
