3 March 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library on the subject of solving global problems. The new resource is titled “Green Project Management (GPM)” and is an US-based organization was established in 2009 to advance sustainability in Project Management.

GPM is a global organization that advocates for sustainability in the project management profession. They are working to help companies become more resilient, governments more efficient, and societies more robust, all while safeguarding the world’s natural resources. They provide several types of trainings, assessments, and certifications in order to drive sustainable business and realize the 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs). For 2014, the Green Project Management credentials were top ranked globally according to research authored by Dr. Paul D. Giammalvo and published in the January 2015 PM World Journal.
