Access to research on methods of effective innovation project management added to PMWL

26 May 2017 – Almaty, Kazakhstan – A new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to Innovation and Project Management. The new resource is titled “Conceptual Basics and Mechanism of Innovation Project Management”. The paper was originally published in the European Studies Research Journal in 2017.
The paper shows the methodology of managing innovation projects by estimation of their efficiency. It allows making the investment analysis and contribute to their successful implementing. Authors of the article conducted a research and gave recommendations on the practical use of various methods to define the efficiency of innovation projects, and made conclusions on conceptual basics of managing them. In particular, when managing an innovation project, it is important not only to select resources and schemes of its financing, but also investments areas. In order to solve such a task, it is reasonable to use the Gurwitz method, which estimates the possibility of obtaining a specific standard of the return by owners for the taken possible risk related to the innovation activity.
