Access to new resource related to Legal Project Management added to PMWL

25 September 2017 – New York, USA – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “A Developing Science: Key Issues in Legal Project Management”. It was published in Of Counsel and authored by Jim Hassett, with the contributions of Steve Barrett, Jonathan Cooper and Elizabeth Harris.

The document here provided is an article adapted from “Legal Project Management Quick Reference Guide”, third edition. The author and contributors provide a quick list and analysis of the main aspects of legal project management that need to be addressed or improved, and more generally what issues a legal counsel might face in relation to project management.
