Access to new resource related to Legal Project Management added to PMWL

11 October 2017 – New York, USA – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Legal Project Management: An evolving process”. It was published in Managing Partner, and authored by Jim Hassett.
The resource explains how law firms should implement project management, using the right techniques at the right times, involving the right people. It tackles the problems most often faced by law firms in implementing project management techniques, and points out the difficulties and caveats in adopting a given strategy.
