Liverpool Waters £5.5 billion development programme

25 September 2014 - London, UK - Liverpool Waters in North-west England is a major programme to regenerate a 60 hectare historic dockland site to create a world-class, high-quality, mixed use waterfront quarter in central Liverpool.  Being delivered over a 30-year period, the project will transform the City Centre and North Liverpool, providing much needed opportunities for jobs, training and skills development. Est cost £5.5 billion.  Access to this urban development mega-programme has been added to the PM World Library.  Go to the Major Projects & Programmes pages at, click on Urban Development & Redevelopment.  Must be logged on library member to access.
