Resource related to Agility in Project Management added to PMWL

24 February 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library on the subject of Agility in project management. The new resource is titled “Management of Flexibility in Projects” and is a 2005 research paper prepared by Nils O.E. Olsson, published in International Journal of Project Management.
Research aim was to provide better understanding of the flexibility in large investments projects. With inputs from a literature review and the findings of a study of 18 publicly funded Norwegian projects, paper demonstrates the dynamics related to project flexibility, both from a theoretical and an empirical perspective.
