Access to project case studies from NASA added to PM World Library

Resource provided by

1 January 2017 – Mumbai, India Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) in the Public Project and Program Management Resources section.  The resource includes case studies of programs and projects from NASA’s Academy of Program/Project & Engineering Leadership (APPEL).  The resource is simply titled NASA Case Studies.

NASA case studies illustrate the kinds of decisions and dilemmas managers face every day, and as such provide an effective learning tool for project management. Due to the dynamic and complex environment of projects, a great deal of project management knowledge is tacit and hard to formalize. A case study captures the complex nature of a project and identifies key decision points, allowing the reader an inside look at the project from a practitioner’s point of view.

To access this new resource, go to Public P/PM Resources section of the library at https://pmworldlibrary.net/public-ppm-resources/, click on “USA Agencies and Organization”, then click on US National Government Organizations, then click on NASA. Scroll down to resource. Must be a registered and logged in library member to access.
