This online article written by Samir Mishra, throws light on lessons that can be picked from various failed projects. Involvement in any project requires efficient communication, transparency, appropriate capabilities aligned well before project commencement, a well-planned, defined and controlled project scope. The case studies provided by the author date way back into the past, but these are just a few of the many insights required for any project applicable for any time frame.
