Access to new resource related to Project Failures added to PM World Library

20 May 2018 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library on the subject of Project Management and the Internet of Things (IoT). The new resource is titled “Project Management: Lessons Learned from Failed Projects”. Resource is a 2017 article by Samir Mishra posted on LinkedIn.
Project success is treated as a celebration. But, project failures are no different as they lay a strong foundation of lessons. This online article written by Samir Mishra, throws light on lessons that can be picked from various failed projects. Involvement in any project requires efficient communication, transparency, appropriate capabilities aligned well before project commencement, a well-planned, defined and controlled project scope. The case studies provided by the author date way back into the past, but these are just a few of the many insights required for any project applicable for any time frame. Holding any responsibility under a project, these lessons from project failures would help deliver the best solution.
