Project Management’s Contribution to the Efficiency of Energy Enterprises

Access to new resource related to PM in the electricity industry added to PMWL

1 November 2020 – Nagpur, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to project management in the electricity industry. The new resource is titled “The main factors of successful project management in the aspect of energy enterprises’ efficiency in the digital economy environment”, by Grzegorz Kinelski published in Polityka Energetyczna – Energy Policy Journal 2020 and available for download from icm.edu.pl.

The role of project management in the understanding of processes taking place in energy enterprises is discussed in the paper. It also deals with the challenge that energy companies face that relates to the efficiency of their operations, improvement which directly connects with the financial situation of that company. The authors correlate project management and success factors in making changes that are in line with the era of Industry 4.0.
