Access to new resource related to Leadership in Project Management added to PMWL

20 June 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Leadership in Project Management. The new resource is titled “Project Manager Leadership Role in Improving Project Performance”, a paper by Vital S. Anantatmula and published in March 2010 in Engineering Management Journal.

In this article, the author investigated the relationship between project success and project leadership. The author claimed that many researchers examined project success factors and leadership in Project separately. However, the author argued that there is a strong relationship between these two areas and he touched this grey area.

Readers can learn the importance of leadership in projects, what is the success factor of projects, how can a quality leader affect the project success and also the author represent of the previous research about leadership and project success as a literature review.
