24 July 2017 – Vienna, Austria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Recommendations to assist arbitral institutions and other interested bodies with regard to arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rule”; it was published on the official United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) website and authored by UNCITRAL.

This document provides guidance for management of arbitral proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. They include recommendations for the management of timing and other resources to maximize the benefit of stakeholders in the arbitration. These recommendations can help ensure better management of arbitral proceedings for arbitrators and institutions. This document is a revised version issued in 2013, in light of the amended version of the UNCITRAL arbitration Rules issued in 2010.
