24 June 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Stakeholder Management (Engagement and Relations). The new resource is titled “Stakeholder Management in Projects”, a paper by Jan Terje Karlsen published in December 2002 in Engineering Management Journal.

The author did a survey among project managers in Norway to answer questions about project stakeholders. Readers can find answers to some question respectively: (1) Which stakeholder is the most crucial in the project?, (2) Which stakeholders cause the most ambiguity and conflicts to the project?, (3) What should be engaged to improve project stakeholder management? In this study, the author argued that readers can understand how to create a process to manage stakeholders efficiently and they can decide which stakeholders are more important than the others after evaluating this article.

To access this new resource, go to the Applications and Hot Topics section of the library at  https://pmworldlibrary.net/applications-and-topics/ , click on “Stakeholder Management (Engagement and Relations)”, scroll down to resource.
