New document related to managing Online Dispute Resolution projects added to PMWL

28 July 2017 – Vienna, Austria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Technical Notes on Online Dispute Resolution”; it was published on the official United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) website and authored by UNCITRAL
These Notes of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law have been drafted and adopted to be a non-binding document to help organize and manage online arbitration proceedings. They provide the “reflecting elements” of online dispute resolution. In addition, the document describes the stages of online dispute resolution proceedings, and provides comments on the technical requirements for successful management and delivery of an ODR project.
