21 December 2018 – Warri, Nigeria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Earned Value Management. The new resource is titled “The costs and benefits of earned value management process”, by David Christensen (1998), originally published in the Acquisition Review Quarterly and now available from Researchgate online.

The question of whether the benefits of the earned value management process exceed the costs has not been adequately reported in the literature. Several studies report the costs but ignore the benefits. Others focus on the benefits but ignore the costs. The resource provides a comprehensive review of the costs and benefits of the earned value process.

To access this new resource, go to the Applications and Hot Topics section of the library at https://pmworldlibrary.net/applications-and-topics/, click on “Earned Value Management”, scroll down to resource. Must be a registered member and logged-in to access.
