20 July 2017 – Vienna, Austria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings”; it was published on the official United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) website and authored by UNCITRAL.

These Notes have been drafted to assist parties, arbitrators and institutions with management of arbitral proceedings in the earliest stage of the arbitration. This includes how to manage and document costs, manage an effective flow of the communication between interested parties, and manage the points and issues to address. The notes were drafted to counsel on the management of any type of arbitration, but are in particular focused at international arbitration matters. This resource is a revised publication of the earlier Notes originally prepared in 1996.

To access this new resource, go to the Industries and Organizations section of the library at https://pmworldlibrary.net/industries-and-organizations/, click on “Legal Field”, scroll down to resource. Must be a registered and logged-in as Free Trial, Professional or Scholar level member to access.
