Access to another resource related to Legal Project Management added to PMWL

19 September 2017 – New York, USA – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Using Legal Project Management to Drive Value”; it was published by the Association of Corporate Counsel.
This resource is a course overview presentation by Bill Garcia of Thompson Hine on the main aspects of project management for corporate counsels. It contains both theoretical notions and practical advice. It also contains useful models, such as a standard “Request for Information and Statement of Qualifications” letter. It also shows ideal process maps of arbitration and litigation proceedings.
