Access to mental health toolkit from APM in UK added to PM World Library

22 October 2021 – Dallas, TX, USA and London, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to program/project management careers.  The resource is titled “Wellbeing tips for project managers” and is a set of resources presented by the Association for Project Management (APM) and Mental Health at Work.

Website includes a PDF guide from APM that explores the unique challenges faced by project managers and where certain areas of stress might lie. It concludes with a number of recommendations for both organisations and individuals.  The website also contains access to several other guides to help deal with change, stress, conflict, mental health and other related topics.

It is overseen by a steering group of key partner organisations. Resources are the heart of Mental Health at Work; it is a digital place to find documents, guides, tips, videos, courses, podcasts, templates and information from key organisations across the UK, all aimed at helping get people deal with workplace mental health.
