Mr Idongesit Okon Bassey is a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Building, Heritage Polytechnic, Ikot Udota, Eket, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He obtained BSc Building from Modibbo Adama University of Technology (formerly known as Federal University of Technology Yola), Nigeria and Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. Mr Idongesit is a Registered Builder accredited by the Council for the Registration of Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and Member, Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB). His research interests are in the areas of construction productivity, stakeholder management, construction technology and value management in construction.
