André Barcaui

Dr. André B. Barcaui, PhD, PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, KMP, CSP-SM, PSO I, CP3P, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, DS-TLF, CPMAI, holds two post-doctorates (Administration from FEA/USP and Artificial Intelligence from UERJ), a PhD in Administration from UNR, a master’s degree in Management Systems from UFF-RJ, and degrees in Information Technology and Psychology, with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
He began his career at IBM, as Program and Services Manager. Later, he served as the Project Management Office for Latin America at Hewlett-Packard. A founding member of the PMI Rio Chapter, he currently serves on its Advisory Board. Currently, Dr. Barcaui works as a professor for undergraduate and graduate programs, in addition to being a consultant, author, and speaker, contributing to the advancement of project management, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies on a global scale.
Professor of the Business Management course at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and coordinator of the MBAs in Project Management and Information Technology at FGV. He has serveral published books, the latest one is “Guia da Inteligência Artificial - do iniciante ao Nerd” (Guide to Artificial Intelligence, from beginner to Nerd”).
