Mr. Effiong Felix Ekanem is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Building, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osura Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He obtained BSc Building from the University of Jos, Jos, Nigeria and Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. Mr. Effiong is a Registered Builder accredited by the Council for the Registration of Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and Member, Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB) with over 25 years industry experience before joining the academia in late 2000. His research interests are in the areas of construction productivity, stakeholder management, construction technology and value management in construction.
