Dr. Henry Chidiebere Ajaelu is an accomplished academic with Ph.D. degrees in Quantity Surveying and Environmental Management. He serves as Head of the Department of Quantity Surveying at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Nigeria. With over 37 published journal articles, his research focuses on project management, sustainable construction, and public-private partnerships. He actively supervises postgraduate research and participates in national and international conferences. Dr. Ajaelu is a member of several professional bodies and is committed to applying research to solve real-world construction challenges while advancing academic excellence.
