International CorrespondentIrwin José Franco, MS, PMP, CSM, CSPO is a Project Manager at Image Tech, a leading web and multimedia solutions company based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Irwin has a B.A. in Visual Communications from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Quito, Ecuador, and a Master degree in Project Management (Specialization in Information Technology) from Universidad La Salle in Madrid, Spain. Since 2000, Irwin has developed and managed more than 100 IT projects, including Mobile Solutions, E-commerce and E-banking solutions, content management systems (CMS), corporate software and multimedia products. He has developed solutions for the telecommunications, mass media, tourism and financial sectors. Irwin is also a Project Management Professor at ESPAE Graduate School of Management.
