Frank John Schlichter III
Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Serving mammoth companies, I am a seasoned management consultant with a proven track record of delivering substantial improvements in strategic execution for a range of high-profile international clients, spanning energy, government, healthcare, defense, technology, manufacturing, and transportation. I ran a boutique management consulting firm for two decades, building strong, long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor to Executive Directors and the C-level.
I have delivered successful transformations for Fortune 100 companies and equally esteemed government entities, optimizing portfolios, and enhancing operational efficiencies significantly. My work includes establishing PMO frameworks that have led to a 25% reduction in operational costs and a 30% increase in deployment efficiency for major corporations. I have performed executive roles and directed delivery teams for multiple iconic organizations.
I specialize in the enterprise processes and applications intrinsic to strategy implementation at corporate, business, and functional levels. High-value skills include establishing trust, gathering / analyzing business requirements, long and short-range planning, developing, and documenting business processes, and architecting next-gen capabilities that align perfectly with strategies.
My academic journey includes an MBA from Emory, which hired me as faculty to teach in the same program after graduation, followed by postgrad studies in emerging tech at Oxford University (England). I am currently completing a PhD in Business Research at Trinity (ranked top 0.6% among business research doctoral programs globally). My research focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) for adaptive PPM.
A blend of practical and theoretical expertise underpins my ability to drive significant transformations, evidenced by my leadership in creating an ISO-certified standard for corporate strategy implementation, which has been adopted globally. This included a first-of-its-kind standard for project-portfolio management adopted globally, which was the result of a multi-year program where I was the overall leader from conception to deployment for a team of 600+ professionals spanning 35 countries.
I am deeply committed to the values of integrity, excellence, courage, and discretion. I am always eager to bring strategic acumen and analytical prowess to bear on strategic problems and opportunities. My goal is to contribute to the success of everyone with whom I work and to grow by leveraging my expertise in ways that enhance client capabilities.
