Michal Iluz is a researcher at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., Haifa, Israel. Michal Iluz received her B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and M.E. in Systems Engineering in 2001 and 2008, respectively from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, where she is currently working towards a Ph.D. degree at the Industrial Engineering and Management Faculty. For the past 15 years Michal has gained vast experience in complex project management in the defense industry.
