Ruslan Yaroshenko holds a PhD in Technical Sciences from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Kyiv, Ukraine. He also has MSc in International Marketing and BA in Business Administration, both from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. He also holds Bachelors and Masters of Law degrees from Kyiv National Economic University in Ukraine. Dr. Yaroshenko previously worked at The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank) in Kyiv where he served as Head of Investment Banking, Head of the Division of Natural Monopolies and Strategic Enterprises, Specialist in Department of Organization of Workflow with the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Economist in Department of International Borrowing.
