Soheila Sadeghi is a Ph.D. student in Organizational Leadership and Evaluation at the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). She has more than 10 years of leadership and project management experience in the manufacturing industry. Her extensive experience includes planning and executing high-stakes projects, leading sales and operations, and managing procurement processes.
Ms. Sadeghi has diverse experience in industry and academia. Her research interests focus on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and project management. She has published several peer-reviewed articles and presented at international conferences on topics such as machine learning in project management, AI in education, and finance management. She also is a peer-reviewer for journals such as the Review of Education, Leadership and Policy in Schools, and various American Educational Research Association (AERA) journals. Her work has been recognized with awards, including the Emerging Scholar Award from UIW for two years.
