Tukur Al-Mustapha was born at Lailaba Town in Argungu Local Government, Kebbi State; he was educated at Lailaba model primary school Lailaba, Government Secondary school Turata Zamfarfa State, Government Technical College Bunza, Kebbi State. Further for higher education at Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State and did his National Youth Service at Edo State between 1989-2016.
Professionally, he was educated as Registered Builder with Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (COBON) and Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) between 2008 and 2010. Tukur Almustapha is married; at present he is an Academic Staff in Building Department, Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.
