Change Management Books and Book Summaries
The EBSCO databases include several books and many book summaries about change management in general and organizational change in particular. A few are listed below, with direct access provided. Full text of the books is available. The book summaries are professionally produced, discuss highlights and main points of each book, and can save readers hundreds of dollars and hours needed to purchase and read individual books. Since many projects are to implement organizational changes, and many project management professionals deal with organizational changes during their careers, we thought it would be useful to make these resources more visible and accessible.
