Mr. Davis Martin has many years of experience in investment banking as head of Davis Brothers Financial Group, Inc. since 1973. Davis Brothers is the named Financial Advisor to a family of alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg, organized either as SICAV-SIF or RAIF structures. Since 1978 he has been an investor or general partner in numerous U.S. oil & gas exploration and development programs. He also serves as President of Petroleum Production Finance, Inc., a Dallas based financial services company serving the oil & gas industry. He is also President of Oppenheimer Industries, Inc., a family holding company that has invested in a Luxembourg based alternative investment fund manager known as Royalton Partners, and he serves on Royalton's board. He has worked extensively in Western and Eastern Europe, in Russia and states of the FSU, in Central Asia and in the Middle East as a director and CFO of an international oilfield service company. Because of his activity in Russia he previously served on the advisory board of the American-Russian Investment Forum at the Harriman Institute at Columbia University. Davis and various investment funds that he oversees are currently involved in several domestic and international energy, environmental and sustainability-related projects. He holds a B.B.A. degree with major in accounting from SMU in Dallas. Mr. Martin serves as a Director and Executive Advisor for the PM World Journal and Library.
