Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. The 1st Congress was originated in September 2003 in Astana, Kazakhstan. It has taken place at least once every three years to help solve interreligious problems. Participation is by authoritative representatives of Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Shintoism, Hinduism and Buddhism.
