Ishitha Doniparthi is currently pursuing an International Master in Business (IMB) at SDA Bocconi Asia Center (Mumbai/Milan), with an academic focus on project management, corporate strategy, and risk governance. She earned her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics & Telematics Engineering from G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GNITS), Hyderabad, graduating with academic distinction, along with a Minor Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Her academic background combines technical depth, analytical modeling, and structured management training, enabling her to approach project governance and strategic execution with a data-driven perspective.

Professionally, Ishitha currently serves as a Strategy & Operations Analyst in the Founder’s Office at IronTrex, a cybersecurity-focused startup building protective infrastructure against digital threats. In this role, she contributes to strategic planning, operational structuring, cross-functional coordination, and execution tracking across key initiatives. Previously, as a Software Engineer in the Workday practice at Mivada Technologies, she led a three-member cross-functional team to deliver an internal project by defining milestones, aligning stakeholder expectations, managing scope discovery, and ensuring timely execution. Her work involved structured requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight, reflecting practical exposure to SDLC processes, risk identification, and performance governance.

In addition to industry experience, Ishitha has contributed to academic research and scholarly publication. She presented and published the research paper “Seeding the Future: A Comprehensive Solution for Agriculture” at the 5th International Conference on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Applications (ICDMLA), published by Springer (2023). She also served as a Research Assistant on a Hydrogen & Fuel Cells study, where she structured phased research workflows, developed comparative evaluation frameworks, and supported manuscript preparation leading to formal publication. These experiences reflect her capability in structured research design, analytical evaluation, and academic documentation. She has also led governance-heavy execution in large-scale projects, including directing planning for a 3,000+ participant leadership conference, managing timelines, sponsor coordination, and multi-team alignment while securing ₹6 lakh in funding.
