Access to new resource related to project risk management added to PMWL

29 January 2019 – Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Project Scope. The new resource is titled “Becoming a Risk Hero”, and article by Sean Lowe published in Project Times in 2018.
This resource highlights Seven (7) tips/steps to becoming a successful Risk Manager which results in an informed, educated and timely approach to project risk management. These steps are:
- Understand Company Risk Climate,
- Understand Your Project’s Strategic Fit,
- Ensure the Right Players and Stakeholders Are Engaged,
- Secure Buy-In From Key Players and Stakeholders,
- Consider Supply and Demand Issues,
- Establish Clear Risk Ownership, and
- Utilize Risk Lessons Learned and Historical Documentation.
