Access to accounting glossary used by the California State Department of Finance added to the PMWL
22 May 2017 – Dallas, TX and Washington, DC, USA - A new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) in the Glossaries and Dictionaries section. The new resource is titled "California Glossary of Accounting and Budgeting Terms”.
This glossary was created by the Department of Finance, State of California, USA. It contains terms used in the Governor’s Budget, Budget Summary and other state financial documents. The terms and definitions should be widely applicable and consistent with definitions for these same terms elsewhere in the United States. Certain terms however may be interpreted or used differently depending on the context, audience or purpose.
To access this new resource, go to Glossaries section in the PMWL at https://pmworldlibrary.net/glossaries-and-dictionaries/, click on “Glossaries for Applications, Skills and Support Functions”, then scroll down to “Cost Control and Financial Management”. Free access, but must be registered and logged in.
