Creating an Elite PMO

American author Matthew London introduces the PMO Triangle to focus attention on the main issues associated with creation of a successful project management office

24 November 2014 – Dallas, TX, USA – “Creating an Elite PMO: Solving Challenges through Collaboration” is the title of a new paper by Matthew London (USA), originally presented at the 8th UT Dallas PM Symposium in August and republished in the November PM World Journal. The paper can now be found in the PM World Collection of the PM World Library. According to the Matthew’s introduction, “While there’s still no panacea that can resolve all the problems a project may encounter, there are strategies that equip an organization’s PMO to combat them. The strength of these strategies rests in an organization’s human resources—its employees—to create tools, processes and governance procedures to handle evolving threats while also exploiting emerging opportunities.”

This paper should be of interest to anyone planning or already engaged in setting up a PMO. To read this new paper, visit the authors’ showcase page at https://pmworldlibrary.net/authors/matthew-london/ and click on the title of the paper. Must be a logged in library member to access!
