Access to new resource related to Innovation Management added to PMWL

6 February 2020 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Innovation Management. The new resource is titled “Managing Your Innovation Portfolio” and is a Harvard Business Review reprint by Monitor Deloitte and published in 2012.
The report talks about constructing a portfolio that produces the highest overall return that’s in keeping with appetite for risk. In this rapidly transforming era every firm thrives to innovate to stay competitive. The innovation in a firm is divided into Core, Adjacent and Transformational innovation. The report further answers the following questions:
- How pursuing the new (innovation) can add up to a strategy
- Role of core, adjacent and transformational initiatives in a firm’s success
