Access to useful Benefits Management Report for E-Government projects added to PMWL

30 July 2017 – Washington, DC, USA – Access to a new project management resource related to Benefits Realization Management has been added to the PM World Library.  The resource is titled “OECD E-Government Project Benefits Management Report” was published by the Public Governance Committee of the OECD Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate in 2007.

This report looked at two issues. The first is how countries were meeting the challenge of appraising, monitoring and evaluating ICT enabled investments by adapting existing cost and benefit analysis methodologies and incorporating them into the process of ICT project development and management. The second issue was making sure that projected benefits were realized from ICT investments and business process changes
