Access to new resource related to Knowledge Management added to PMWL

19 June 2025 – Stralsund, Germany – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Knowledge Management. The new resource is titled “Green knowledge management: A key driver of green technology innovation and sustainable performance in the construction organizations,” by Ali Nawaz Khan, Khalid Mehmood, and Ho Kwong Kwan, and published in the Journal of Innovation & Knowledge in 2024.
This paper examines how managing environmental knowledge contributes to the development of green technology and supports sustainability in construction companies. It highlights the function of green intellectual capital, which includes people, systems, and external networks focused on environmental goals. The research also looks at how artificial intelligence affects the strength of the link between environmental knowledge practices and intellectual capital.
This paper highlights how construction firms can use knowledge systems and digital technologies to support environmental objectives. It offers a shift in how innovation is approached, pointing to the importance of intellectual capital and structured knowledge in promoting eco-focused progress. The research uses a quantitative strategy, gathering input from 309 construction businesses in Pakistan.
